Currently, our service focuses exclusively on providing Mutawwif (Umrah Manasik guide) services, Sabil&Waqaf services, and Transportation only. The services we offer are intended as add-ons to complement a customer's existing, self-arranged travel plans. These services do not include flight tickets, accommodation (lodging), travel visa, insurance or the overall travel itinerary. We do have a plan to offer these extensions in the near future and you’ll be updated once these services are ready in our app.
Once you have the intention to begin your plan, you may conduct an essential thorough research of a significance Umrah and the main steps of Umrah. You may actively ask around by speaking with friends, family members, or local community members who have previously performed Umrah, as their firsthand experience offers invaluable, practical advice. Do ensure you plan the date, total days (duration), number of pax, and the places you wish to visit. Furthermore, familiarise yourself with the rules of the state of Ihram.

Accommodation arrangements during your stay are the sole responsibility of the client, as Siiru does not include lodging services at this time.
Umrah and Ziarah guidance services require separate services bookings. We offer two specialised services: Umrah guidance (focused on the rituals in Makkah) and Ziarah guidance (focused on visiting historical and sacred sites in both Makkah and Madinah).
Full Umrah Guide provides comprehensive support where a Mutawwif (Umrah Manasik guide) will accompany and guide your umrah journey through all main rituals: from the start of the Tawaf to the completion of Sa'i (walking between Safa and Marwah) and the final act of Tahallul (hair trimming or shaving) while Tawaf Only service means the Mutawwif will provide guidance exclusively for the Tawaf portion of the Umrah. You can then perform the remaining two pillars (Sa'i and Tahallul) either on your own or with the Mutawwif accompanying them, but without formal, continuous guidance provided for those final two stages.
For maximum convenience, it is highly recommended that you change into your Ihram garments at the Dubai Airport and then make the formal Niyyah (intention) mid-flight just before crossing the Miqāt boundary, ensuring you are prepared to travel directly to Makkah upon arrival in Jeddah to begin your Umrah rituals (Tawaf → Sa'i → Tahallul).
Unfortunately no, we currently do not offer booking or purchasing of Haramain Train tickets. Tickets can be purchased directly via the railway's official website.
