PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to help you better understand the manner in which your Personal Data is managed and to give you the options available to you to access or limit the use of the information provided. The Act also requires SiiruApp and www.services.siiru.io to obtain your consent for the usage and processing of your personal data.

Categories of Personal Data that we collect

The Personal Data collected and processed by us may include:

1. Name, Identity Card/passport number, profile photo, gender, credit card/debit card/online banking information, religion, health particulars, occupational details and date of birth.
2. Contact details including address, phone number(s) and email address.

Purpose of collecting your data

The Personal Data collected from you is being, and will continue to be used for purposes including without limitation:

1. to process your online payments;
2. to process your course application & information;
3. to confirm, update and enhance your records;
4. to monitor subscriptions, sales volume and spending information;
5. to conduct market research and/or statistical analysis;
6. to identify and (if possible) prevent fraud;
7. for marketing purposes (subject to any objections received and/or consents obtained, for the purpose listed below);
8. to communicate via sms blast, telemarketing or email blast;
9. to promote updates on SiiruApp and/or www.services.siiru.io features, products and/or services and that of our business partners;
10. to reply to enquiries made via calls, emails, letters, faxes or social media;
11. to fulfill your requests;
12. to administer your participation in contests and/or promotions (if any); and
13. and other related matters relating to our services and/or business.

Disclosure of your Personal Data

Your Personal Data will be kept confidential but such personal data may be provided to the following parties for the purposes set out above:

1. any agents, service providers and/or subcontractors of SiiruApp and/or www.services.siiru.io and its affiliates; and/or
2. any other person(s) required or permitted by law or any regulatory authority.

All parties mentioned above are required to protect the confidentiality of the personal data they receive.

Access to Personal Data

The Act allows you the right to access the Personal Data you have submitted. You may at any time update or amend the information provided to us by contacting us.

Your options and how to contact us

By using our mobile application and/or website, you are hereby considered to have given your consent for the usage of your Personal Data as mentioned herewith. You may at any time make a request in writing to limit the processing and use of your Personal Data, including preventing usage of your Personal Data for the purposes of direct marketing.

How to Delete Your Account on Siiru App

If you wish to delete your Siiru App account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Option 1: Request via Siiru App (Recommended)

1. Open the Siiru App on your device and go to your Profile by More and go to Account Profile
2. Scroll down and Tap Delete Account.
3. Review the implications of deleting your account 
4. Confirm your action by entering your current password and type DELETE to confirm
5. Tap Confirm Deletion.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been scheduled for deletion. The process may take up to 7 working days.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can also submit a manual deletion request by emailing: admin@siiru.io

Please include the following:

1. Full name
2. Registered email address
3. Phone number (optional for verification)
4. Reason for deletion (optional)

Important Notes:

1. Once deleted, your account and all related data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
2. Certain records may be retained as required by law or regulatory compliance.
3. If you have a pending trip, we recommend settling those before deletion.

Your information will remain with SiiruApp and/or www.services.siiru.io and we will take all practicable steps to ensure the security of the data at all times from any unauthorized access. SiiruyApp and/or www.services.siiru.io will endeavor not to disclose any personally identifiable information to any organization unless necessary and/or as set out in this Privacy Notice.

SiiruApp and/or www.services.siiru.io reserve the right to amend this Privacy Notice from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on our application and/or website with the updated Privacy Notice.

This mobile application known as SiiruApp (“application”) and website known as www.services.siiru.io (“website”) are operated and wholly owned by Siiru Tech Sdn. Bhd. 

Throughout this application and website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” shall refer to SiiruApp and www.services.siiru.io. SiiruApp offers this mobile application and www.services.siiru.io offers this website, including all information, contents, tools and services available from this application and/or website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By using our application and/or website and/or subscribing to any features of the application and/or website, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the application and/orwebsite, including without limitation users who are browsers, subscribers and/ or contributors of content.

TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this application and/or website.

You may not use our application and/or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any bugs, worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to be fully responsible for activities that relate to your account or your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Bhd. and its licensor(s).The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of both the Malaysia and foreign countries. Our Intellectual Property may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any Intellectual Property rights from us to you.

ACCURACY , COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We shall use of best endeavors and efforts to ensure the information and/or content made available on this application and/or website is accurate, complete or current. However, we are not responsible if any information and/or content made available on this application and/or website are not accurate, complete or current. The material on this application and/or website are provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or timelier sources of information. Bhd., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service and/or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Terms of Service for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our mobile application and/or website.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this Terms of Services at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due, if any, up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be mainly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. For users outside of Malaysia, the respective laws of your country shall be applicable. Should there be any contradiction in the laws of your country or province of residence, laws of Malaysia shall prevail.
