Jakarta, 10 December 2025 — Siiru officially entered into a strategic partnership with BPKH Limited, marking an important step towards building a safer, more integrated, and accessible independent Umrah ecosystem for Indonesian pilgrims.

The cooperation agreement was signed at Muamalat Tower, South Jakarta.

For Siiru, this partnership goes beyond expanding its services. It strengthens the foundation of its vision: making independent Umrah more accessible, organised, and convenient while remaining compliant with Shariah principles.

Why This Partnership Matters

Since its establishment, Siiru has recognised the growing demand among Indonesian pilgrims for safe, transparent, and reliable Umrah services without relying entirely on conventional travel packages.

Through this partnership, BPKH Limited will support Siiru in strengthening its existing services and expanding the capabilities of its digital platform.

Harun Judin, Managing Director of Siiru, emphasised that the platform was developed to give pilgrims greater control over their Umrah journeys without compromising safety. The collaboration will further strengthen Siiru's ability to provide reliable, standardised, and comprehensive services.

Three Phases of Service Development in 2026

The collaboration was planned for implementation in three phases to support consistent service quality.

Phase 1 — January 2026

  • Provision of licensed ground transportation services in Makkah and Madinah.

  • Catering support for Siiru's charity programmes in the Holy Land.

Phase 2 — April 2026

  • Direct Umrah visa applications through Siiru, supported by BPKH Limited's regulatory framework and systems.

  • Integration of the Haramain High-Speed Railway with officially allocated booking quotas.

A Shared Vision for Modern and Trusted Pilgrimage Services

BPKH Limited recognises the growing demand for technology-driven pilgrimage services as an opportunity to strengthen the overall Umrah ecosystem.

By partnering with Siiru, BPKH Limited aims to support digital innovation that delivers meaningful benefits to Indonesian pilgrims while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Iman Ni’matullah, Managing Director of BPKH Limited, described the collaboration as part of the organisation's commitment to creating greater value for Indonesian pilgrims.

He also emphasised that technology can improve access to reliable information and more organised services. However, the operation of Umrah travel arrangements remains the responsibility of officially licensed Umrah Travel Organisers (PPIU).

The partnership focuses on strengthening and facilitating the wider Umrah service ecosystem rather than operating as an Umrah travel agency.
